{"id":681,"date":"2013-06-03T12:34:52","date_gmt":"2013-06-03T10:34:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.vertice.org\/?p=681"},"modified":"2013-06-03T12:43:28","modified_gmt":"2013-06-03T10:43:28","slug":"agencias-privadas-de-colocacion-en-espana-por-que-no-funciona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/agencias-privadas-de-colocacion-en-espana-por-que-no-funciona\/","title":{"rendered":"Agencias privadas de colocaci\u00f3n, \u00bfen Espa\u00f1a por qu\u00e9 no funciona?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buscando soluciones al creciente problema del paro, el gobierno socialista aprob\u00f3 con la publicaci\u00f3n del <strong>RD- Ley 10\/2010<\/strong> la entrada a la iniciativa privada en la intermediaci\u00f3n laboral a trav\u00e9s de las agencias de colocaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En dos a\u00f1os se han autorizado a trav\u00e9s de los <strong>Servicios P\u00fablicos de Empleo<\/strong> cerca de mil agencias en todo el territorio nacional, pero m\u00e1s de la mitad no ha llegado a iniciar la actividad, y la otra mitad se mantiene a duras penas en funcionamiento porque el actual Gobierno, de momento, no ha hecho nada para impulsar el tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recientemente, el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE) ha publicado el \u00faltimo estudio sobre la efectividad del <strong>Servicio P\u00fablico de Empleo Estatal (SEPE, antiguo INEM)<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>en la intermediaci\u00f3n laboral en Espa\u00f1a y los resultados son contundentes: solo un 1,6{77afc9efaf1e088110fdf21acc2f61167a0e1e0fd7207170e17906c001b8cd31} de las contrataciones del pa\u00eds pasan por el SEPE y la gran estructura de personal que tiene se dedica mayoritariamente al control y atenci\u00f3n de parados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.vertice.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/agencia-colocaci\u00f3n.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-685 alignright\" alt=\"agencia colocaci\u00f3n\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.vertice.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/agencia-colocaci\u00f3n.jpg\" width=\"294\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>agencias privadas de colocaci\u00f3n<\/strong> no fue un invento del Gobierno de Zapatero, sino simplemente fue una copia de algo que funciona bien en Inglaterra y muchos pa\u00edses de Europa y del mundo, donde los gobiernos pagan a estas agencias por intermediaciones efectivas realizadas, es decir, pagando solo por resultados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entonces, <strong>\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 en Espa\u00f1a no funcionan estas agencias?<\/strong>. Pues con toda seguridad porque desde la Administraci\u00f3n no se ha hecho nada seriamente para que as\u00ed sea, y no se ha hecho nada probablemente para no herir la sensibilidad de esa falsa moral que existe en el ambiente, donde se piensa que con el paro y el desempleo no se puede hacer un negocio privado, y yo me pregunto \u00bfy con la salud y la ense\u00f1anza s\u00ed?, \u00bfmejor tener unos servicios p\u00fablicos de empleo que no funcionen \u00a0en la intermediaci\u00f3n laboral que tener unas agencias privadas que funcionen como en otros pa\u00edses?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Somos campeones mundiales en <strong>tasas de desempleo<\/strong>, con un sistema p\u00fablico de intermediaci\u00f3n que es de sobra conocido por todos que no cumple su funci\u00f3n ni ahora ni cuando est\u00e1bamos en pleno <strong>boom econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>. Entonces, \u00bfa qu\u00e9 vamos a esperar para poner en marcha de verdad otro nuevo?
