Hoy te presentamos <strong>los superpowers del eLearning<\/strong>, y te adelantamos que <strong>esta publicaci\u00f3n viene con sorpresa<\/strong>, llega hasta el final para descubrirla.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La <strong>historia del eLearning<\/strong> se remonta a inicios de los a\u00f1os 60, con la aparici\u00f3n de Plato, el primer LMS, que contaba con elementos tan innovadores como chat, correo y foros. Desde entonces han ocurrido muchos cambios, y con la aparici\u00f3n de Internet el eLearning fue expandiendo sus bases, hasta convertirse en lo que conocemos hoy.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n eLearning ha vivido <strong>una gran evoluci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, y desde 2020, a ra\u00edz de la pandemia mundial<\/strong>, se ha convertido en la soluci\u00f3n para poder afrontar la situaci\u00f3n. La realidad es que el eLearning ha supuesto un gran avance, y estos \u00faltimo meses se ha valorado su importancia para garantizar que la formaci\u00f3n se mantiene ante cualquier escenario.<\/p>\n<h2>Los superpowers del eLearning<\/h2>\n<p>Gracias al eLearning es posible llevar la formaci\u00f3n a todos los lugares, haciendo de esta un m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s accesible. Tanto grandes empresas, como peque\u00f1os negocios, academias, colegios e institutos pueden aprovechar <strong>sus beneficios para facilitar la formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Ventajas<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Aprendizaje activo<\/strong>. Es el alumno quien toma la iniciativa y decide tomar el ritmo que mejor se adapta a su situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facilidad de seguimiento<\/strong>. Las plataformas y contenidos est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados de manera que sea f\u00e1cil realizar un seguimientos de la consecuci\u00f3n de objetivos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flexibilidad<\/strong>. Los contenidos eLearning est\u00e1n disponibles a cualquier hora del d\u00eda, es el alumno quien decide el horario que desea seguir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accesibilidad<\/strong>. Se pone fin a las barreras geogr\u00e1ficas, puedes acceder al contenido desde cualquier punto, sin importar donde se encuentre el centro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Multidispositivo<\/strong>. En la actualidad existen varios tipos de dispositivos, y una de las grandes ventajas de la formaci\u00f3n eLearning es que es posible tener el contenidos en cualquiera de ellos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contenido multimedia interactivo<\/strong>. Los contenidos se acompa\u00f1an de contenidos como im\u00e1genes, v\u00eddeos, audios, gifs&#8230; Que sirven de apoyo para aumentar la capacidad de retenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contenido en constante actualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Gracias a la digitalizaci\u00f3n, la actualizaci\u00f3n de contenido es mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida e inmediata, ahorrando mucho tiempo en este aspecto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menos costes<\/strong>.
