Como ya analizamos en el post <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/blog\/8-tendencias-claves-para-implementar-una-estrategia-e-learning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u20188 Tendencias en el sector del e-Learning\u2019<\/a>, es fundamental que las plataformas online incorporen estas tendencias para responder a la demanda del mercado y mantenerse, as\u00ed, en la vanguardia del aprendizaje online.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/microlearning.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4004\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/microlearning.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"445\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/microlearning.jpg 800w, https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/microlearning-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/microlearning-768x427.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>microlearning<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n conocido como microaprendizaje, podr\u00eda definirse como una metodolog\u00eda dividida en peque\u00f1os contenidos formativos relacionados entre s\u00ed. Un producto que surge de la adaptaci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n tradicional a la sociedad del consumo r\u00e1pido del \u2018aqu\u00ed y el ahora\u2019. Esta modalidad se organiza en torno a <strong>\u2018p\u00edldoras de aprendizaje\u2019<\/strong>, es decir, peque\u00f1os m\u00f3dulos formativos con una duraci\u00f3n que no debe superar los 30 minutos. El microlearning se basa en la idea de que los contenidos fragmentados se ajustan al intervalo de atenci\u00f3n en el que el cerebro humano se mantiene concentrado.<\/p>\n<p><u>Para las empresas<\/u>: el microlearning supone la posibilidad de ofrecer a los usuarios una experiencia actualizada e inmediata de formaci\u00f3n continua. La incorporaci\u00f3n del formato modular permite crear diversas alternativas did\u00e1cticas con los contenidos.<\/p>\n<p><u>Para los usuarios<\/u>: con esta modalidad pueden acceder a contenidos relevantes actualizados cu\u00e1ndo y d\u00f3nde quieran. Nuevos conocimientos que asimilan y asientan con mayor facilidad orientados a trabajar \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas de su sector de actuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los contenidos \u00a0\u2018microlearning\u2019 deben cumplir una serie <strong>de caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong> como:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/In.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4735 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/In.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/In.png 800w, https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/In-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/In-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/In-768x768.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aprendizaje informal.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Esta tendencia, tambi\u00e9n denominada como\u00a0<em>Informal learning<\/em>, centra su atenci\u00f3n en c\u00f3mo las personas pueden desarrollar mejor sus competencias en el campo laboral y no tanto en la mera adquisici\u00f3n de conocimientos. Un aprendizaje basado en el debate e intercambios de ideas, de forma colaborativa, entre profesor y alumnado. La \u00a0figura del profesor-c\u00e1tedra desaparece y surge el rol de mentor-gu\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brevedad. <\/strong>La duraci\u00f3n ideal de este tipo de contenidos es de 15 minutos. Por ello, hay que tener una gran capacidad anal\u00edtica y de s\u00edntesis para incluir los datos m\u00e1s relevantes. Todos estos elementos tienen que contar con un mismo hilo conductor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsive<\/strong>. La flexibilidad de consumir formaci\u00f3n de forma inmediata, requiere que el microlearning ofrezca un contenido cuyo dise\u00f1o sea <em>responsive<\/em>, es decir, que est\u00e9 adaptado para su correcta visualizaci\u00f3n en distintos dispositivos m\u00f3viles. Gracias a esto, tambi\u00e9n se fomenta el conocido mobile e-Learning o m-learning, entendido como el conjunto de pr\u00e1cticas y metodolog\u00edas de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje a trav\u00e9s de dispositivos m\u00f3viles con conectividad inal\u00e1mbrica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interactividad<\/strong>. Los contenidos interactivos ayudan a la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas de una forma amena y eficaz. A trav\u00e9s de actividades din\u00e1micas, como pueden ser juegos de l\u00f3gica o test, se aumenta el inter\u00e9s de los usuarios de aprender a trav\u00e9s de retos formativos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reusabilidad<\/strong>. Se tratan de contenidos flexibles orientados al aprendizaje dentro de m\u00faltiples\u00a0 plataformas.
