Los profesionales del sector del e-Learning<\/strong> <\/a>se encuentran ante un importante reto: educar a la generaci\u00f3n Z. Y antes de implementar nuevas herramientas es prioritario conocer cu\u00e1l es su perfil: \u00bfQu\u00e9 piensan? \u00bfC\u00f3mo se comunican? \u00bfCu\u00e1les son sus aspiraciones? Interrogantes que se han convertido en todo un mantra para los expertos de la educaci\u00f3n online. Y como en todo desaf\u00edo, si no puedes luchar contra tu enemigo, no lo dudes ni un segundo, \u00fanete a \u00e9l.\"generaci\u00f3n-z\"<\/a><\/p>\n

El DNI de la Generaci\u00f3n Z indica que sus miembros, tambi\u00e9n denominados nativos digitales<\/strong>, aterrizaron en este mundo en la d\u00e9cada de los 90<\/strong>, concretamente a partir del 1995. Su llegada est\u00e1 marcada por tres hitos<\/strong> importantes: la comunicaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales<\/strong>, los dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos<\/strong> como extensi\u00f3n del propio cuerpo y lo visual<\/strong> como llamada de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Pero la observaci\u00f3n de esta nueva especie es mucho m\u00e1s compleja, as\u00ed que necesitaremos algunas se\u00f1ales m\u00e1s para poder reconocerlos. Los nativos digitales no conciben el mundo sin Internet<\/strong>, siempre est\u00e1n conectados a sus dispositivos m\u00f3viles<\/strong> y esto ha dado generado una comunicaci\u00f3n multipantalla.<\/p>\n

Los individuos Z se comunican visualmente a trav\u00e9s de im\u00e1genes<\/strong> din\u00e1micas y videos impactantes. Estos j\u00f3venes son proactivos<\/strong>, ellos crean y comparten contenido porque son de naturaleza creativa<\/strong> y bastante autosuficientes.<\/p>\n

A la hora de consumir informaci\u00f3n, Google sigue siendo su gu\u00eda indiscutible. \u00bfEl perfil de las b\u00fasquedas? Contenido interactivo, de entretenimiento<\/strong> y que llaman su atenci\u00f3n. Los peri\u00f3dicos son cosa de la Edad Media, y ellos prefieren espacios como Buzzfeed o Youtube y redes sociales como Snapchat o Instagram.<\/p>\n

Es indiscutible que el campo de la formaci\u00f3n e-Learning tiene que orientar su dise\u00f1o instruccional<\/strong> a captar la atenci\u00f3n de la una generaci\u00f3n que ya no concibe aprender a base de libros y subrayadores. \u00bfApunt\u00e1is las siguientes claves<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

Flexibilidad<\/strong>. La tendencia se centra en proporcionar contenidos formativos e-Learning que puedan adaptarse al d\u00eda a d\u00eda de los estudiantes. Por lo que la flexibilidad en cuanto a horario y lugar es fundamental.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulos cortos<\/strong>. Es necesario abogar por p\u00edldoras formativas de corta duraci\u00f3n con un mensaje claro, conciso e impactante. Sin olvidar, que la imagen<\/strong> debe ser el elemento fundamental.<\/p>\n

Intuitivo<\/strong>. Los m\u00f3dulos deben ser f\u00e1ciles deben ser intuitivos y f\u00e1cil de utilizar.<\/p>\n

Autonom\u00eda<\/strong>. Los Z son bastante autodidactas por lo que a la hora de dise\u00f1ar un contenido e-Learning es necesario aportar un cierto margen de autonom\u00eda para que puedan captar los conocimientos con cierta libertad.<\/p>\n

Mobile Learning<\/strong>. Desde el punto de vista e-Learning, se trata de una de las herramientas con m\u00e1s proyecci\u00f3n de futuro, ya que los nativos digitales est\u00e1n continuamente conectados a sus smartphones<\/em> y tabletas. La idea es aprender donde y cuando el alumno desee. Con una navegaci\u00f3n intuitiva se facilita el aprendizaje informal.<\/p>\n

RRSS integradas<\/strong>. Es interesante incluir a las redes sociales como herramienta de comunicaci\u00f3n entre profesores y alumnos. De esta forma, se crea comunidad y un flujo din\u00e1mico de intercambio de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Machine Learning<\/strong>. Basado en el modelo del Big Data, el Machine Learning<\/a> permite que la plataforma virtual analice la evaluaci\u00f3n de los alumnos y, a medida que avanza la formaci\u00f3n, proponerle ejercicios complementarios seg\u00fan su comportamiento.<\/p>\n

Gamificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Una herramienta que facilita la interiorizaci\u00f3n de los conocimientos de una forma l\u00fadica, generando una experiencia positiva en el alumno. En Espa\u00f1a, los videojuegos se han posicionado como la primera industria de ocio audiovisual e interactivo (Informe AEVI 2015<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Videos interactivos<\/strong>. Este recurso permite que el alumno interact\u00fae con el contenido e-Learning lo que permite que deje de ser un mero espectador de la historia para convertirse en miembro activo de la misma. El resultado es una mayor complicidad con la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La realidad virtual<\/strong> se ha constituido como el futuro de la educaci\u00f3n e-Learning. Se trata de una herramienta eficaz llamada a perfeccionar el campo de la formaci\u00f3n online. Como principal ventaja: el aprendizaje experiencial.
