{"id":2560,"date":"2015-11-06T13:36:39","date_gmt":"2015-11-06T13:36:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/blog\/?p=2560"},"modified":"2017-04-05T08:40:45","modified_gmt":"2017-04-05T08:40:45","slug":"oye-nina-manana-hay-colegio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/oye-nina-manana-hay-colegio\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cOye ni\u00f1a, \u00bfma\u00f1ana hay colegio?\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los <strong>centros de estancia diurna para personas mayores<\/strong> con diferentes grados de dependencia, como el que gestionamos a trav\u00e9s de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.verticesalud.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">V\u00e9rtice Salud<\/a><\/strong>, est\u00e1n orientados a la <strong>estimulaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y cognitiva de estas personas<\/strong>, ayud\u00e1ndoles a mantener las capacidades que a\u00fan conservan y en consecuencia, consiguen <strong>mejorar su calidad de vida<\/strong>; y tambi\u00e9n las de sus familias, que muchas veces encuentran en estos recursos un respiro familiar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los \u00a0mayores vienen al centro en muchos casos con la misma ilusi\u00f3n y disposici\u00f3n que los ni\u00f1os al colegio. Se sienten bien realizando las actividades, relacion\u00e1ndose con los compa\u00f1eros, y en definitiva, escapando de la soledad que muchas veces tendr\u00edan si estuvieran todo el d\u00eda en sus casas. Como en los colegios, tienen sus \u201cclases\u201d de memoria, lenguaje, c\u00e1lculo, manualidades, gimnasia; su comedor con comidas que gustan m\u00e1s y otras que gustan menos; y sus horas de \u201crecreo\u201d o ambiente m\u00e1s distendido, viendo las noticias, charlando, etc.<\/p>\n<p>De vez en cuando tambi\u00e9n realizamos alguna \u201cactividad extraescolar\u201d como las salidas al Paseo Mar\u00edtimo que hemos estado realizando las \u00faltimas semanas por grupos.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, este recurso diurno, que evita o retrasa en muchos casos el traslado a residencias, es asumido por ellos como una rutina que les hace sentir bien. En el caso de mayores y sobre todo, cuando tienen alg\u00fan tipo de demencia o deterioro cognitivo, es fundamental crearles estas <strong>rutinas diarias<\/strong> que les ayudan a mantenerse orientados.<\/p>\n<p>Hay muchos de nuestros mayores que vienen al centro todos los d\u00edas, de lunes a domingo, gracias al <strong>programa de<\/strong> <strong>fines de semana y festivos que el centro ofrece, <\/strong>y que permite por un lado a los que vienen durante la semana, mantener esa rutina tan importante; y por otro, a otras personas que durante la semana no necesitan el recurso, s\u00ed disponer de \u00e9l de manera exclusiva estos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, cuando muchos viernes al despedirnos, alguna de nuestras usuarias nos dice <strong><em>\u201cOye ni\u00f1a, \u00bfma\u00f1ana hay colegio?\u201d, <\/em><\/strong>podemos responderle, claro que s\u00ed, como todos los d\u00edas, ma\u00f1ana te esperamos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00e9is seguir nuestras
