Seg\u00fan Wikipedia, el networking son los v\u00ednculos estables (estructuras sociales) con otros individuos,\u00a0 relaciones de amistad, parentesco\u2026 entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La red social profesional, la mejor traducci\u00f3n al castellano de networking, no s\u00f3lo es la <strong>herramienta<\/strong> m\u00e1s moderna para buscar trabajo. Las personas vamos creando nuestro networking a lo largo de la vida; en el colegio, en el trabajo, en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda, etc. En definitiva en todas aquellas <strong>actividades sociales<\/strong> que necesitan de la cooperaci\u00f3n humana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-232 alignright\" alt=\"networking\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fundacionvertice.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/networking.jpg\" width=\"210\" height=\"140\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El medio modifica el mensaje, dir\u00eda <strong>M. Mcluhan<\/strong> el padre del concepto de <strong>Aldea Global<\/strong>. El medio, en este caso Internet, tambi\u00e9n ha modificado las relaciones humanas, pero sin privarlas de su verdadera esencia, las relaciones de amistad, de trabajo siguen estando ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El networking que se desarrolla en <strong>internet<\/strong> es distinto al presencial. Sin lugar a dudas, una de las actividades humanas m\u00e1s generadora de networking profesional es la formaci\u00f3n. La <strong>formaci\u00f3n On Room<\/strong> genera pues, un importante networking entre los alumnos, y por supuesto tambi\u00e9n con en el profesor. Este networking es distinto que el desarrollado en la formaci\u00f3n presencial. Pero en la medida que internet sea el medio donde se desarrolla la <strong>actividad laboral<\/strong>, ganar\u00e1 valor el networking obtenido en este medio y lo perder\u00e1 el presencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Networking es recordar a aquel de mis conocidos que me puede ayudar a resolver mi problema.<\/b> En la medida que me surjan problemas en mi trabajo v\u00eda internet, por asociaci\u00f3n, recordar\u00e9 como resolv\u00ed otros problemas (y quien me ayud\u00f3, con quien cooper\u00e9) en el mismo medio, y probablemente recurrir\u00e9 a mi networking adquirido en internet.
