{"id":2262,"date":"2015-07-29T13:52:06","date_gmt":"2015-07-29T11:52:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/blog\/?p=2262"},"modified":"2015-10-08T11:58:28","modified_gmt":"2015-10-08T11:58:28","slug":"aprobada-la-reforma-del-sistema-de-formacion-para-el-empleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/aprobada-la-reforma-del-sistema-de-formacion-para-el-empleo\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprobada la reforma del Sistema de Formaci\u00f3n para el empleo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Empleo y Seguridad Social del Congreso de los Diputados aprob\u00f3 el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 22 de julio el #proyecto de Ley para la <strong>Reforma Urgente del Sistema de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional para el Empleo,<\/strong> una iniciativa en la que entre otros aspectos, se dejar\u00e1 \u00a0a las organizaciones sindicales y empresariales fuera de la gesti\u00f3n de los fondos y de la impartici\u00f3n de estas actividades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esta #reforma, ser\u00e1 el sector privado, a trav\u00e9s de entidades especializadas en la impartici\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n profesional, el que desarrolle esta tarea en un entorno de libre competencia. Adem\u00e1s,<strong> el decreto sustituye la Fundaci\u00f3n Tripartita para la Formaci\u00f3n en el #Empleo<\/strong>, que era el principal \u00f3rgano de gobierno del sistema, por una nueva <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Estatal para la Formaci\u00f3n en el Empleo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otro de los objetivos que componen esta reforma, es evitar cualquier tipo de fraude, para ello, recoge un endurecimiento de las sanciones bajo el principio de &#8216;tolerancia cero&#8217; en la gesti\u00f3n de los fondos de formaci\u00f3n. Referente a este aspecto, una de las medidas tomadas es la que afecta al \u201ccheque formaci\u00f3n\u201d\u00a0 a partir de ahora, <strong>los desempleados podr\u00e1n elegir el centro donde quieren recibir la #formaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y ser\u00e1 la Administraci\u00f3n la que se encargue de abonar al centro este cheque. Su implantaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 consultada previamente con sindicatos y empresarios y, las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, en Conferencia Sectorial, podr\u00e1n determinar los criterios a seguir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hablamos de una reforma que recoge el establecimiento de una cuenta de formaci\u00f3n asociada a cada trabajador, que le acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 toda la vida laboral y certificar\u00e1 toda la formaci\u00f3n que haya hecho.
