{"id":2194,"date":"2015-06-04T11:11:57","date_gmt":"2015-06-04T09:11:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/blog\/?p=2194"},"modified":"2015-10-16T09:06:06","modified_gmt":"2015-10-16T09:06:06","slug":"vertice-salud-caminando-por-la-vida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/vertice-salud-caminando-por-la-vida\/","title":{"rendered":"V\u00e9rtice Salud, caminando por la vida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el objetivo de promover acciones que fomenten el bienestar de los colectivos m\u00e1s desfavorecidos, en especial a las personas mayores y dependientes, entre otros proyectos, en\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008aba;\"><strong style=\"color: #008aba;\"><a style=\"color: #008aba;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.verticesalud.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">V\u00e9rtice Salud<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">nos<\/span><\/span>\u00a0dedicamos a asistir a estar personas ayudando a mejorar su calidad de vida y las de sus familias y cuidadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de esta asistencia, se encuentra el Centro de D\u00eda que gestiona Fundaci\u00f3n Objetivo 1. En \u00e9l, tiene lugar una <strong>atenci\u00f3n integral y personalizada de personas<\/strong> con diferentes grados de dependencia f\u00edsica, ps\u00edquica o sensorial y donde adem\u00e1s de todo el cuidado que necesiten, se realizan actividades dinamizadoras y rehabilitadoras, adem\u00e1s de atender a sus necesidades b\u00e1sicas y ayudar a trav\u00e9s de informaci\u00f3n y recursos a sus familias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este espacio cuenta con un personal especializado que tiene como objetivo <strong>disminuir el aislamiento y la soledad de las personas mayores, <\/strong>fomentando su participaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n con diferentes actividades que hacen m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles sus vidas, y que aportan al d\u00eda a d\u00eda momentos y experiencias que hacen que pasen el tiempo entre sonrisas y con un toque de felicidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un de estas actividades, fue la realizada el pasado lunes 1 de junio, donde los mayores de V\u00e9rtice Salud, pudieron disfrutar de una estupenda excursi\u00f3n a Muelle Uno.
