Espa\u00f1a, con Barcelona y Madrid a la cabeza, es el pa\u00eds de Europa donde m\u00e1s se ha arraigado. De hecho, la capital espa\u00f1ola acoger\u00e1 en abril la tercera edici\u00f3n de la <a href=\"http:\/\/coworkingspainconference.es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><b>Conferencia Espa\u00f1ola de Coworking <\/b><\/a>que se celebrar\u00e1 en el espacio \u2018Impact Hub Madrid\u2019, con el nuevo paradigma laboral en el que estamos inmersos como tem\u00e1tica principal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es el coworking? El t\u00e9rmino fue inventado por Bernie DeKoven en 1999, pero no fue hasta 2009, diez a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, cuando fue difundido por Brad Neuberg. \u00c9ste cre\u00f3 un espacio de <i>coworking<\/i> en San Francisco llamado <b>\u2018Hat Factory\u2019<\/b>, que\u00a0 no era m\u00e1s que un apartamento en el que se reun\u00edan para trabajar tres <i>freelances<\/i>. M\u00e1s tarde, el mismo Neuberg crear\u00eda el <b>\u2018Citizen Space\u2019<\/b>, que fue realmente el primer espacio de <i>coworking<\/i> en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Profesionales de Internet, freelance, pymes y aut\u00f3nomos<\/b> son los que primero dieron el paso de compartir un mismo espacio de trabajo y los servicios que \u00e9ste ofrece por d\u00edas e incluso horas. La raz\u00f3n: son trabajadores que para sacar adelante su tarea s\u00f3lo necesitan un port\u00e1til, un tel\u00e9fono y conexi\u00f3n a Internet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta forma, a la vez que se soluciona el problema de aislamiento que supone para estos empleados y microempresas el trabajar desde casa o desde el cibercaf\u00e9, se fomentan las <b>sinergias entre diferentes sectores<\/b> que pueden, por qu\u00e9 no, desembocar en <strong>relaciones cliente-proveedor<\/strong>, porque los proyectos que se realizan son independientes, pero tambi\u00e9n surgen iniciativas conjuntas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El coworking tiene m\u00e1s ventajas a\u00f1adidas como la <b>flexibilidad de tarifas y horarios<\/b> que se pueden ajustar a las necesidades de cada empresa, el consiguiente ahorro econ\u00f3mico, y la posibilidad de asistir a todo tipo de eventos y talleres relacionados con el <b>empleo y el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/emprendedores.html\" target=\"_blank\">emprendimiento<\/a><\/b>, lo que vulgarmente se dice \u2018estar en el ajo\u2019. Es decir, que si te decantas por esta <b>nueva forma de trabajar<\/b>, es que buscas algo m\u00e1s que una silla, una mesa y una conexi\u00f3n a internet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A estas alturas, puede que te plantees si el coworking es para ti. Haces bien en pregunt\u00e1rtelo, porque lo cierto es que no todos los tipos de<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.empleoyempresa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"> trabajo<\/a><\/strong> se adaptan bien a esta din\u00e1mica. Pero la \u00fanica manera de comprobar si realmente te funcionar\u00e1, es experimentar. Puedes probar en diferentes espacios, incluso en varios a la vez y ver si encajas bien con los dem\u00e1s &#8216;coworkers&#8217;.
