{"id":1033,"date":"2014-02-04T11:03:08","date_gmt":"2014-02-04T10:03:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.vertice.org\/?p=1033"},"modified":"2014-02-04T11:03:08","modified_gmt":"2014-02-04T10:03:08","slug":"el-lenguaje-inclusivo-en-la-formacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupovertice.com\/blog\/el-lenguaje-inclusivo-en-la-formacion\/","title":{"rendered":"El lenguaje inclusivo en la formaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.vertice.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/lenguaje-inclusivo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-1034 aligncenter\" style=\"margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;\" alt=\"lenguaje inclusivo\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.vertice.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/lenguaje-inclusivo-680x382.jpg\" width=\"624\" height=\"351\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente contamos en Espa\u00f1a con una poblaci\u00f3n en la que<strong> el 45{77afc9efaf1e088110fdf21acc2f61167a0e1e0fd7207170e17906c001b8cd31} de las mujeres entre 25 y 34 a\u00f1os tienen formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica universitaria frente al 34 {77afc9efaf1e088110fdf21acc2f61167a0e1e0fd7207170e17906c001b8cd31} de los hombres en la misma franja de edad<\/strong> (seg\u00fan el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mecd.gob.es\/inee\/publicaciones\/indicadores-educativos\/Indicadores-Internacionales\/OCDE.html#Panorama_2012_1\" target=\"_blank\">Informe Education at Glance <\/a>de la OCDE 2012). Esto nos hace plantearnos que un gran porcentaje de nuestro alumnado matriculado en<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.verticebs.com\/masters-online.html\" target=\"_blank\">M\u00e1steres<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.verticebs.com\/cursos-superiores-online.html\" target=\"_blank\">cursos superiores<\/a><\/strong> en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.verticebs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>V\u00e9rtice Business School<\/strong><\/a> ser\u00e1n mujeres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello, queremos concienciarnos de la importancia de ofrecer un trato igualitario en su formaci\u00f3n, imponi\u00e9ndose la necesidad de un <strong>lenguaje no sexista<\/strong> para favorecer un autoconcepto positivo y una percepci\u00f3n social correcta del papel de la mujer en nuestra sociedad. A este tipo de lenguaje se le viene denominando<strong> \u201clenguaje inclusivo\u201d<\/strong> y viene caracterizado por la necesidad social leg\u00edtima de incluir a la mujer en el discurso, de hacerla presente en la enunciaci\u00f3n y de hacerla visible en cualquier texto. <strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 \u201clos alumnos\u201d incluye a hombres y mujeres y en cambio \u201clas alumnas\u201d es una forma de excluir a los hombres?.\u00a0<\/strong>Si lo que realmente queremos es que nuestro alumnado se sienta parte de nuestra Escuela y que su estancia aqu\u00ed sea lo m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda posible, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no potenciar un lenguaje d\u00f3nde se incluya tanto ellas como ellos?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frecuentar un lenguaje inclusivo no es trabajo dif\u00edcil. Se trata de fomentar dos tareas sencillas:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Neutralizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que consiste en utilizar t\u00e9rminos que no tienen ninguna connotaci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero a la hora de redactar un texto. Algo tan sencillo como utilizar el t\u00e9rmino \u201cpersonal\u201d en lugar de \u201ctrabajadores\u201d (que excluye a las trabajadoras) o \u201cjuventud, poblaci\u00f3n joven o p\u00fablico juvenil\u201d en lugar de \u201cchicos\u201d (Que excluye a las chicas).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Especificaci\u00f3n que tiene que ver con\u00a0 utilizar ambas formas<\/strong>, ya sea con la forma completa \u201cChicas y chicos\u201d o con diferentes s\u00edmbolos \u201cChic@s\u201d, \u201cChicos\/as\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esto no quiero decir que haya que caer en \u201cla trampa\u201d de radicalizar, de no permitirnos un masculino generalizador o de forzar una situaci\u00f3n absurda, pero lo que s\u00ed hay que concienciarse es en potenciar cada vez m\u00e1s un lenguaje inclusivo d\u00f3nde no haya cabida para el <strong>lenguaje discriminatorio<\/strong> de nuestros alumnos y alumnas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por <strong><em>Esther Arg\u00fcelles<\/em><\/strong> | <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vertice.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fundaci\u00f3n V\u00e9rtice<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Actualmente contamos en Espa\u00f1a con una poblaci\u00f3n en la que el 45{77afc9efaf1e088110fdf21acc2f61167a0e1e0fd7207170e17906c001b8cd31} de las mujeres entre 25 y 34 a\u00f1os<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0},"categories":[],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.2 -
